Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (split payments go back in the same way).

Items must be in good original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

All sale items are considered final sale.
We value our customers and we aim to keep our policies fair. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. You will be informed if your return is not accepted, and you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
To protect our business, we also reserve the right to refuse or limit returns in cases of suspected abuse, excessive return patterns, or activity outside the spirit of our policy under our own discretion.

At checkout, you can purchase free return coverage for $3.98.

With free return coverage, your return shipping label fee is waived.

Without it, your items will be subject to a higher handling fee of $11 and will be deducted from your refund.

For Rockstar customers ($1000+ lifetime spent) returns are always free, whether you choose refund, store credit, or exchange.

Coverage applies only to eligible items, must be used within 30 days of delivery, and is final sale (non-refundable).
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

International Orders

At this time, we’re unable to provide return shipping labels for orders outside of Canada and the U.S.; international customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
