GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
- We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund return on most orders for up to 30 days after delivery. :) Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Please note that for refund returns, $7.99 is deducted from the refund for the cost of return shipping. This is waived for store credit returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Please note: items that have been marked down as final sale are not eligible for return.
- We currently support return labels for the US and Canada. If you are returning an item from outside the US or Canada, we'll happily refund it/exchange it/etc once received, but kindly ask that you mail it to us.

To initiate a return, simply login with your order number and email to our returns portal, located here:

2. Select the return reason
3. Select what kind of return (store credit, refund, or exchange)
4. Submit! A return label will be emailed to you shortly. That's it! :)
Print off that label, attach it to your package (smaller is better!), and drop it off at any post office near you. Once we've approved it is indeed in original condition, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, and you're all set!
DROP OFF YOUR RETURN LABEL-FREE (Canada):
We've partnered with our friends at Return Bear to offer an in-person, label-free return experience to make returns even easier. This is a great option for those who may not have printers, plus your refund/store credit will be issued instantly upon receipt - no more wondering when we’ll get it :) We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is one small way that we can employ more sustainable practices. DROP OFF YOUR RETURN IN CALGARY OR NASHVILLE:
Are you local? We'd love to see you! We'll happily accept your return during store hours at our concept store here in Calgary, Alberta or Nashville, TN. There's no shipping fee for in-store returns (obv), plus, if you want to exchange it for something in-person, we'll happily offer an extra 10% store credit bonus. :)
INTERNATIONAL

We offer free tracked shipping across the USA from Nashville. Processing takes up to 3 business days for free shipping. Of course, sometimes a fashion emergency requires a rush, so we do have Priority and Express options available at an additional cost.

These are so cool! I love the look of them. One-size fits all is not entirely accurate though. A hard way to sell pants. If you're usually a size 10 or up these will likely fit you perfectly. I usually wear a 6 or 8 and these look great standing, but crazy amount of bunching in the crotch when I sit.

I can’t wait to wear these tonight at an Elle King concert! From the bad b*#ch marketing vibe to the personalized thank you note with my order, I’m a huge KH fan. I’m often cautious with some of the one size fits all, but occasionally it works for me…as it did with these pants. These could not be any cuter. First off I’m 57 years old, 5’2”, and140 lbs with menopause extras in my tummy area. These pants are very forgiving. The denim fabric is medium to medium-light weight which makes them super comfortable. I’m thicker in the waist 36-33-39 and I appreciate the elastic. They fall nicely and cover all lumps and bumps beautifully. I was worried they might be too long for my 5’2” frame but they are perfect for me and I won’t need to hem them. My only feedback is that because of the elastic waist with thicker fabric, they bunch up a little on the backside where the waist meets the pant. I don’t even care though and most tops I wear will likely cover it anyway. There is a lot of fabric to them so they are a loose, wide, and more casual style, but could easily be dressed up or down.

Each item has unique measurements, as each item has it's own fit. A "general size guide" doesn't ever truly work in the fashion world because of fabric and fit (stretch, oversized, bodycon, tailored, etc.). Make sure to measure yourself and reference the tape icon on each product page to get the best fit.
