We've been dropping avant garde pieces like they're hot lately... because they are hot. Very hot. So hot, in fact, that we wanted to find a way to make the very dramatic, eccentric style to be wearable for every day life. 

And that's why we're here in this Style Lab, and you're here reading it. To take already great looks that you have in your closet (maybe you even have the pieces we styled!), and infusing avant grade pieces that kick things up a notch or two. 

 STREETWEAR MEETS AVANTE GARDE

Intense, contrasted ruffles can sometimes be a little intimidating for, well, just about anyone who is new to the runway-style fashion game. We wanted to find a way to pair it with something that almost everyone has in their closet: MOM JEANS. And so we did just that. These are our Distressed Mom Jeans, for anyone wondering.

The next look we wanted to create was a date night outfit taken to the next level. As if you were going to dinner after attending the Gala. Our Sequin Tassel Skirt is the perfect glam piece, and adding the Avant Garde Blazer was the move for creating an edgy finished outfit.
